Ice Fishing on the Wolf River

Bowling - New London Lanes offers 12 bowling lanes as well as a game room, pool and air hockey tables, and a banquet room.  They can be reached at (920) 982-4982. 

Fishing - The rivers surrounding New London provide outstanding year-round fishing.  Find boat launches, bait, docks, and a fishing guide service. In mid-April be sure to check out the Big Whopper Fishing Weekend event.

Golf Courses - Play golf at the 18 hole Shamrock Heights Golf & Supper Club or find other nearby courses.

Hunting - Public hunting areas can be found near New London.

Movies - Grand Cinema Theatres located in downtown New London offers the latest movies for your viewing pleasure.

New London Public Library

New London Public Museum - One of only five public museums in Wisconsin, the New London Public Museum offers many opportunities for discovering something new. The collection consists of a vast array of Native American, natural, and local history artifacts. 

Parks & Nature Areas - The area has numerous parks with various recreational offerings for both summer and winter.  Hatten Park is New London's largest park with 120 acres.

Recreational vehicles - Len Ebert & Sons of Clintonville can assist you with all of your  recreational vehicle needs.

Skate park - The New London Skate Park for skateboarding, rollerblading, or BMX bikes is located near the entrance of Memorial Park at 800 Montgomery St.

Swimming - New London's indoor pool facility features water slides, an exercise room, sauna, whirlpool and an outside "Splash Pad" for kids in the summer.  View a schedule. Area campgrounds offer swimming as well.

Trails - Enjoy the Sturgeon Trail along the Wolf River or find one of many multi-use trails in New London or its park system.  A hike to the top of Mosquito Hill at the Mosquito Hill Nature Center can be both leisurely and scenic.

Tubing, Canoeing & Kayaking - Area rivers provide great places for tubing, canoeing, and kayaking. Several local outfitters run trips with shuttle services up the river.

Winter Recreation - Find snowmobile trails, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating, and a sledding hill.
